Mississippi Pig Farmers

The "Mississippi Pig Farmers are about powerful rhythms, searing guitar work and sultry vocals, we call it "Electric Roots Music" ... "It's Blues with a Rock Edge".

On any given night you will hear songs from artists such as, Van Morrison, Michael Burkes,  The Marshall Tucker Band, Grinder Switch, Gov't Mule and their favorite, The Allman Brothers Band.

The music and show are 1st class, just close your eyes and let the music penetrate your soul or get up and dance to the beat.

The "Pig Farmers" are available for clubs, concerts and private parties. Overalls and boots are allowed, fun is a given. This is not just another "Bar" band, just ask anyone or join the Pig Farmers at a show soon and see what the fuss is all about ..."Suuu Eeeeee"

The Pig Farmers & Glenn Wasserman are proud to have been nominated for the 2005 Lehigh Valley Music Awards in the following categories: "Best Jam Band",  "Best Blues Guitarist" and thanks to the Bluetone Cafe and Todd Wolfe, the Pig Farmers also got the "Best Open Mic" nomination.
